Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below, along with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Services

We offer bespoke, custom-made spell videos, readings, and related physical items. Because these items and services are created individually for each client, please review our Refund Policy carefully before ordering, as it sets out exactly when a refund is (and isn't) available.

Spell Videos

• Spell videos are custom-made per order and are not refundable simply on request.
• We advise an estimated results timeframe via the email report sent with your order.
• If you have not seen results within that timeframe, you are entitled to one free recast. Opting in to the free recast makes the order ineligible for a refund.
• If you do not opt for the free recast, and it has been 60 days or more (but no more than 120 days) since your order/casting date without results, you may request a refund. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Readings

• Readings are bespoke and personal to the client and are non-refundable.

Physical Items

• Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, tagged, and in their original packaging, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Order Timing & Delivery

We aim to complete spell video orders within 2 business days of order, and physical items typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on the item. By placing an order, you acknowledge that during periods of high demand, seasonal periods, or promotions, these timeframes may not always be met. Time zone differences may also affect when you receive your spell video order — see our Shipping Policy for a full explanation and example. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@marysmagicshop.com — a delay alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund; see our Refund Policy for the full eligibility criteria.

Email Communication

Spell video orders, reports, and media are delivered via email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, active email address that is able to receive our messages, and to check your spam/junk folder. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or provider-side issues (including known issues with iCloud email addresses) — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Results & Disclaimer

Our spell video and reading services are provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes. While we advise an estimated timeframe within which results are typically seen, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results can vary from person to person and situation to situation.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Our Refund Policy sets out the complete and only circumstances under which a refund is available for each type of order. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@marysmagicshop.com first so we can review it against these terms — most issues can be resolved directly with us more quickly than through a bank dispute.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy, or our Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK consumer protection law. These documents set out the information and options we provide in addition to those rights; they do not remove or limit any right that legally applies to your purchase.
