Ordering

When you get to the checkout you have two options; checkout as guest or sign up for an account. We recommend signing up for an account as it will make it easier for you to shop with us again by saving your billing and shipping addresses. It is worth noting that we never store credit card details and Mary’s Magic Shop gives you a 100% secure shopping experience in order for you to shop with confidence.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard (unfortunately we are not able to offer American Express). We also accept payment via PayPal & Apple Pay.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheques or postal orders.

Yes, at checkout you will have the option to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to say that we’ve got your order (don’t forget to check your spam inbox). Check all information is correct, if not you can message us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com and we will sort any issues you have.

Unfortunately it's really difficult for us to add items to an order once it has been placed, however if you drop us an email using marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com we will do our best to accommodate any request.

Unfortunately this is not always possible, but please email us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com and as long as we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to do something.

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive before 5pm Monday to Friday the same day, and Saturday before 12pm. Orders placed on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be despatched on Monday

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as we receive the items back.

Product

In most instances yes, however we would like to point out that crystals can vary tremendously in colour, shape and size so what you receive may not be identical to the listing image. All items are sold individually unless otherwise stated in the product description

Yes of course!, we offer a 30 day no quibble return policy, so if you ordered the wrong item, we’ll be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

Delivery

UK - £1.99 standard Royal Mail delivery and free if you spend £20 or more.

Europe – £4.99.

Rest of the World – Up to 100g is £4.99. Over 100g is £9.99

Our UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail using their 24h service. This means if you placed your order with us before 3pm, Royal Mail will aim to delivery your order the very next day

Orders outside the UK are sent via Priority Airmail and will be delivered by your usual postal service in your country.

UK - Orders placed before 3pm should arrive the following day, however this is not guaranteed (Royal Mail aim to deliver 97% of all orders placed with them next day)

Europe – Orders should arrive within 5-7 working days (excluding day of despatch).

USA and Canada – Orders should arrive within 7-10 working days (excluding day of despatch)

Rest of the World – Orders should arrive within 10-14 working days (excluding day of despatch)

Returns

At Mary’s Magic Shop, we offer a 30 day no quibble return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we cannot issue credit onto your customer account at this time.

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in a saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. Please remember to include a brief note to explain the reason for return.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing. Please send them to:

If you require an exchange, make sure you include details of the product you want in your returns parcel.

Should you receive a faulty item, please email us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to reissue your postage costs and offer you either a full refund or a replacement.

Once we have received your item, we will process the refund. This should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days.

Please email us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to exchange your item for you. Once your item has been returned to us, we will send your new item to you.

We want to make all our customers happy - If you cannot find an answer to your question, please email us at marysmagicshopuk@gmail.com and we will reply to your email within 24 hours, unless you have emailed on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case we will respond on Monday.
