We want you to love our service. Every time you use our site we want to make sure you have an experience that will make you want to return time and time again. If you have changed your mind, or simply no longer want your order you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt to:

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods should be reported to us using our returns contact form. Once the team have been made aware of the problem, they will issue you instructions on how to proceed. If the team advise you to return a faulty or defective product to us, and upon receipt of the parcel at
Mary's Magic Shop, product costs will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs (where applicable). Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard parcel Royal Mail first class rate. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note, letting us know why you are returning the item. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of opened essential oils, used water bottles or used earrings due to hygiene reasons.
